Ananthapuramu Recruitment Name Of The Post : Paramedical Ophthalmic Assistant
Ananthapuramu Recruitment Application Fee : The Candidates applying for the post are required to submit APPLICATION FEE
- General & OBC – Rs.300/

Ananthapuramu Recruitment Age Limit : The candidate must have attained the minimum age 18-42 Years
Ananthapuramu Recruitment Educational Criteria Details :
A. Intermediate with MPC/BIPC as basis Academic Qualification with
i). Paramedical Ophthalmic Assistant course from Institute recognized by the Govt of A.P (or)
ii).BSc (Optometry) Course from Institute recognized by the Govt. of A.P
iii).Diploma in Optometric from institute recognized by the Govt. of A.P
iv).Diploma in optometry from institute recognized by the Govt. of A.P.
B. The Candidate Must be registered in AP Paramedical Board.
Ananthapuramu Recruitment Pay Scale : Rs. 15,000/- Per Month
Ananthapuramu Recruitment Selection Process:
1.Total Marks – 100.
2. 45 Marks will be allotted against the marks obtained in the Academic Qualification i.e. Intermediate.
3.45 Marks will be allotted against the marks obtained in the Technician Qualification.
4. 10 Marks for weightage from the Data of Passing Technical Examination @ 01 Mark per year.
Ananthapuramu Recruitment HOW TO APPLY:
Candidates should submit the Prescribed Application(appended with the prospects) along with the following enclosures with self attestation.
a) SSC or equivalent certificate (for Date of Birth).
b) Intermediate certificate.
c) Latest Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC (with categorization if any) issued by MRO concerned. In the absence of proper certificates the candidate will be considered as OC candidate.
d) In case of Physically Challenged person, latest certificate issued by Medical Board should be enclosed.
e) In case of Ex-servicemen, relevant certificate issued by competent authority shall be enclosed.
f) Study Certificates from class IV to X from the school where the candidate studied. If SSC or its equivalent done by private study, without attending any school, residence certificate from MRO for previous 7 years. (in prescribed proforma). In the absence of the above certificate the candidate will be considered as non- local.
g) Technician Qualification Certificate / Provisional.
h) Technical Qualification Marks Memos of all the years (Cumulative Marks Memo)
i) Certificate of permanent Registration in AP Paramedical Board.
j) Fee payment receipt / counterfoil shall be submitted.
k) The application submitted without the required certificates and incomplete applications will be rejected summarily.
Ananthapuramu Recruitment INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
I. Caste & Community:
a. Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, SW(J) Department, dt.12-05-1997 (Candidates belonging to BC, SC & ST of other States are not entitled for reservations).
b. The General Rule 22 of Special representation shall apply to the appointments of these posts subject to various provisions in the relevant Service rules, except in the case of Physically Handicapped persons.
Ananthapuramu Recruitment DISTRICT SELECTION COMMITTEE DECISION TO BE FINAL
The decision of the District Selection Committee pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection as the case may be conduct of counseling and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned under the powers vested with it. The District Selection Committee also reserves its right and modify regarding time and conditions laid down in the notification for conducting the various stages upto selection duly intimating details thereof to all concerned as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process.
