Age Limit : The candidate must have attained the minimum age 

• Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
• Maximum Age limit for Local to AP & Also Working in AP Police Dept: 32 Years
• i.e., must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1990 and not later than 01-07-2004
• Maximum Age Limit for Others: 24 Years
• i.e., must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1998 and not later than 01-07-2004
• Maximum Age Limit for Widows/ Divorced Women/ Woman Judicially separated from her husband of SC & ST Categories: 42 Years
• i.e., must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1980 and not later than 01-07-2004
• Widows/ Divorced Women/ Woman Judicially separated from her husband (Others): 37 Years
• i.e., must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1985 and not later than 01-07-2004
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Educational Criteria Details : 

• For All Candidates: Candidate Should Posses Intermediate or Its Equivalent.
• For SC/ ST Candidates: Candidate Should Posses SSC or Its Equivalent.

Salary Scale : Rs.15000/- to Rs.20000/-

Physical Standards:

Physical Measurements Test (PMT)

For all Candidates: 

i)Men: For Post Code No: 21 & 23

• Height: Must not be less than 167.6 CMS
• Chest: Must not be less than 86.3 CMS Round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 CMS

ii)Women: For the Post Code No: 21

• Height: Must not be less than 152.5 CMS
• Weight: Must not be less than 40 Kgs

For ST & Aboriginal Tribes of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Vishakapatnam, East Godavari & West Godavari:

i)Men: For the Post Code No: 21 & 23

• Height: Must not be less than 160 CMS
• Chest: Must not be less than 80 CMS Round the chest on full inspiration with a minimum expansion of 3 CMS

ii)Women: For the Post Code No: 21

• Height: Must not be less than 150 CMS
• Weight: Must not be less than 38 Kgs

HOW TO APPLY:

I Step: Candidate has to visit SLPRB Website htqrsy’/slprb.ap.gov.in to pay prescribed Registration Fee, by providing his / her details such as Name, Date ofBirth, Mobile Number, Community and SSC Hall Ticket Number or its equivalent! through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or any other mode made available on the SLPRB Website.

II Step: After making the Payment, Candidate has to visit the websitehttpsy’/slprb.ap.sov.in to submit the STAGE I Online Application Form. After making payment of fee, if the candidate fails to press “submit” in the STAGE I Online Application Form, such cases shall be rejected without giving any notice, and fee once paid shall not be refunded in any case.

III Step: Candidates who are declared qualified in Preliminary Written Test have to again visit the website http//slprb.ap.gov,in for uploading the STAGE II Application along with the original scanned copies of Certificates /Documents before participating in the PMT/PET.77. Those who intend to apply for both categories of posts (Post Code No 21 & 23),need to submit only one application form.
